Sherif SulejmanFounder and Managing Director

Sherif has a background in Architecture and a Diploma in Facilities Planning and Management and is a member of the Australian institute of company directors. Sherif has worked in various industries from part ownership of an Italian restaurant, to having several years of experience within the WA & NT Mining industry and also Finance Broking for AFG. Sherif has also worked within the Australian Security Industry previously holding both Security and Crowd Control Licenses.

Sherif started his first business in 1999 and has since been involved in building 5 companies within the FM Facilities Management Industry and several small property development companies. Sherif is the Founder and Managing Director of Cameron Facilities with 8 established Divisions.

Roy Lin Corporate Advisor

Roy has a bachelor’s in psychology and a postgraduate in Finance and is a member of the Australian institute of company directors. Roy started his first business at the stage of 19 and has since owned 9 startups and helped created 6 others internationally. Currently he is the director of a boutique consultation firm called Papillon group Pty Ltd and a consultant for Alto Capital.

Roy is also a business advisor for Walson foods Pty Ltd, a manufacturing, distribution and import & export company and corporate advisor for HongSun holdings. He was an executive consultant for Sino excellence and Joyce culture dealing with international trade and incubation.

Monica Goodlad Senior Facilities Manager

Graduate as Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management.
Monica has a Diploma of Management and has worked for the past 21 years in Building Management. She has experience managing a wide range of residential buildings, including single level, low- & high-rise complexes ranging from 300 to 500 units. Due to her experience with a large variety of assets, a large part of her previous position involved advising hotel groups on the best practice preventative maintenance of their assets.Monica can quickly resolve problems relating to building assets and displays professional customer service skills with residents and their guest.

Maylene took up Bachelor of Business Administration Major in Accounting. An Accounting Champion with a back to back certification as Xero Advisor and Payroll Certification Program for Australia. A-Pro User and Trainor of Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, Sage50 and Wave. Maylene is a professional individual with extensive, efficient, effective, and excellent organizational skills acquired from various industries from the Philippines, Australia and US clients.

Ranging from Accounting Firms, Real Estates, Manufacturing, Data and Security and E-Commerce. Maylene excels most on positions requiring drive, initiative, responsibility, and attention to details with high level of integrity and works ethics.

Milenko Cirkov Building Manager

Milenko has 3 years within the Building Facility Management industry and has a Diploma of Building and Facilities Management with supporting electrical and engineering certificates/experience. Milenko has experience in managing Commercial, Hotel and Residential apartments. Milenko has proven to work well in a team and goes above and beyond his duties.
